Alessia Pontacolone graduated in Law at the University of Turin in 2010 and in 2012 she obtained the specialization diploma for legal professions at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan. In the years 2011-2013 she completed an internship at the Court of Milan, Criminal Section III, specializing in economic criminal law. From 2013 until 2021, she collaborated with the law firm Arata e Associati. During her professional career, Alessia has gained significant experience in corporate criminal law, with a particular focus in the field of corporate crimes, bankruptcy crimes, tax crimes, financial crimes, crimes against the public administration, administrative liability of entities under Italian Legislative Decree 231/01. She has also dealt with the main issues concerning safety in the workplace and those relating to medical liability. Alessia has assisted directors and statutory auditors accused of bankruptcy, managers involved in criminal proceedings for crimes of bid-rigging and has provided private individuals and companies with advice and assistance in all phases of the proceedings. Alessia is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
